There are many ways you can get involved with Know Your Numbers! Week this September. If you would like to organise a Pressure Station offering free blood pressure checks, it’s time to register your interest. Or you can get involved in other ways, by spreading the word in your community or raising vital funds to find the millions of people who have high blood pressure and don’t know it. 

What is Know Your Numbers! Week?

Know Your Numbers! Week is the UK’s biggest blood pressure testing event, raising awareness of high blood pressure and the problems it causes.

Every September, workplaces and health and fitness professionals volunteer to host Pressure Stations up and down the country, offering free blood pressure checks to find the millions who have high blood pressure and don’t know it.

Since 2001, we’ve reached over 1.5 million people with a free check, giving them the chance to take control of their health and live a long and healthy life.

We will have lots of resources available to help you set up and run your Pressure Station, including colourful eye-catching posters, our guidelines for measuring blood pressure and leaflets about looking after your blood pressure to give away.
