To coincide with this year's Salt Awareness Week (15th - 21st May), Season With SenseTM run by our corporate partner LoSalt is delighted to share information about their UK-wide campaign - the ‘Stick to Six Challenge’.

About the Challenge

In a bid to get people to consider their salt intake they’re launching The Stick to 6 Challenge – asking the nation to track their salt consumption over the course of 7 days, sticking to the maximum recommended amount of just 6g (or less) per day.
