What do you know about blood pressure and what it means for your health? Eastern AHSN has launched a survey to get to know people’s understanding and experiences of high blood pressure across the East of England. Share your views to help improve patient care in the region.  

For each completed survey, Eastern AHSN will donate £3 to Blood Pressure UK.

Everyone’s views are welcome – you don’t have to have high blood pressure. Your responses are anonymous.
