We're the only UK charity dedicated to lowering the nation's blood pressure to prevent disability and death from stroke and CVD.
We raise awareness of high blood pressure to find the millions of people in the UK who don’t know they have it, and we provide information and support to bring it under control. Find out more about what we do.
We are a small, dedicated multidisciplinary team including a specialist hypertension nurse, a public health expert, a health writer and a marketing expert. We bring in external expertise for design, editorial and PR work.
Sir David Attenborough is Patron of Blood Pressure UK and our Chairman is Graham MacGregor, Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine, a leading expert in high blood pressure.
We're governed by a team of expert health professionals who specialise in cardiovascular and renal medicine, led by our Chairman, Graham MacGregor, Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine and leading expert in high blood pressure.
