Q. I have high blood pressure. How do I cut down on saturated fat?
A. In some ways it is easy to see the foods that contain saturated fat and should be avoided. For example the fat on the outside of cuts of meat and the cream on the top of a pint of whole milk. However, much of the saturated fat that you eat is hidden in processed foods and this can make it hard to know how much you are eating.
