Here we highlight just some of the events that took place at over 1,000 venues across the UK during Know your Numbers! Week 2014:
Bromley Healthcare creates a buzz with van
Bromley Healthcare was buzzing with free checks during Know your Numbers! Week 2014.
They set up two blood pressure stations, one based at Intu Bromley shopping centre all week, while the Smoke free Bromley van travelled the borough, reaching out to the wider community. They chose venues that could enable people who might not have the opportunity to go to their GP for a test to have one, and that meant that a whopping 760 people took up the opportunity for a free blood pressure check. We hope the results weren't too much of a shock!
