“It ain’t doing your health or your wallet any good”
We featured on BBC 2’s Trust me I’m a doctor in a particularly salty episode
This very entertaining episode of Trust me I’m a doctor, which aired in February, includes a double dose of blood pressure news.
First off, yoga is put to the test to see if it makes a difference to blood pressure and mental health as much as aerobic exercise. Later, our Chairman Professor MacGregor demonstrates why gourmet salts – such as rock salt, sea salt and pink Himalayan salt – are no better than regular table salt for your blood pressure and could even be worse, and that’s not to mention the damage to your wallet.
