BHF Blood Pressure Second Round Award Programme
The British Heart Foundation (BHF) has announced the launch of a second round of funding to develop, test and implement community approaches to the detection of high blood pressure across the UK.
This follows a successful first round of funding, with the aim of supporting development, testing and implementation of innovative community based approaches that improve detection of high blood pressure across the UK.
The BHF is inviting organisations that meet the key eligibility criteria as outlined in the Briefing Document (available to download below) to attend one of two briefing events (in London or Edinburgh). The event will provide an important opportunity to learn more about the programme, the application process and to ask questions. Due to the high volume of interest in the award programme, they are restricting the invitation to one representative per organisation, or application in the case of joint bids. Further details, including an agenda for the briefing event will be circulated in early November.
To register to attend an event, please email firstname.lastname@example.org indicating either London or Edinburgh by 5pm Wednesday 8th November 2017 at the latest. Please include the name of the individual attending, job title, organisation name and e-mail address.
Please note that in order to be eligible to apply for these awards, a representative from the applicant organisation is required to attend one of the Briefing Events. Further details, including how to register, are included within the invitation, which is also available to download below.
