Can you help us keep our helpline running?
This Winter, can you support our helpline to continue giving much-needed support to people with high blood pressure?
Our hypertension nurse, Nirmala, has become a well-known voice to many of our members, providing an invaluable information and support on our helpline.
“I can’t thank you enough for taking the time and the trouble to answer all my questions and for sending me all the information which has helped so much.”
A caller to our helpline
Whether they don’t feel supported enough by their local service, or they just need to hear a reassuring voice, it is important that people have someone to speak to for independent, trusted advice and guidance.
To keep this service running for free for our members is always a challenge. So, this Winter we are asking if you would consider making a donation. Any support you can give would be very much appreciated.
You can also support us by buying our beautiful charity Christmas cards.
Blood Pressure UK is a small charity but we work hard to tell people about the dangers of high blood pressure and to support those who have the condition. Membership fees help to support our work, as do other donations, but they don’t cover the costs of everything we do. Can you help by making a donation?
A gift of £2.50 will let us send a blood pressure information pack to a sufferer, a gift of £10.00 will help us keep the support line open longer, and a gift of £100.00 will allow us to send a pack of leaflets and posters to community groups and others working to raise awareness.
A donation of any amount can help, please donate today.
How you can help
This is the most effective way to support us. Regular gifts allow us to plan ahead, and mean we can continue to be there, every day, preventing heart disease, stroke and vascular dementia.
We have a range of items for sale, including Christmas Cards, all of which help raise money for our life-saving work.
Thank you for your support!
Please keep in touch and let us know if we can help you with your blood pressure.
